What's your Minimum Order Quantities? (MOQ)
Our MOQs are based on the tooling and design costs incurred from custom manufacturing in our factory. The minimum order quantity for standard products is typically at least 100 units. However, for custom products, which may involve tooling expenses (with the molds being deliverable), the minimum order quantity is at least 3000 units.
What's the lead time for my order?
Our current production lead time is estimated to be an average of 10-30 working days, depending on the product type and size. Customized products will undergo additional processes to achieve a higher degree of customization, which typically results in slightly longer production times.
Can I request a free sample?
Yes, you can. Like ours, the current stock sample is free of charge, but the freight would be in your account.
Do you offer rush Order?
Urgent orders can be accommodated based on seasonal demand and packaging capacity. We recommend consulting our product experts to determine if we are currently able to handle urgent orders.
